Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm and Store: Washington Island, Door County, WI

Our trip to Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm to capture photographs of the striking purple of the lavender plants, was a delight to the eyes and nose! Mr. Edgar Anderson, owner of the farm, was gracious and accommodating in allowing a photo of their beautiful lavender to be featured in, Colors I See: Color Poems for Kids picture book. My husband, Jim, myself, and son, Isaiah, (photographer) enjoyed the tranquility of this lovely place on Washington Island in Door County. We, also, visited their store which boasts lavender products of every kind! Thank you again Mr. and Mrs. Anderson.
